Even though Christmas and New Year's Day are just barely behind us, all the lovebirds I know are gearing up for St. Valentine's Day! Valentine's day has seen a a bit of a re-invention, as artistic and subculture types put their own spin on the love centered holiday. Anatomical heart cards and skull shaped chocolates for instance. Some go  all out and take the frilly, romantic Valentine stereotype to a whole new tooth-achingly sweet level.
